Multi-MPC Protocol Support

In the initial version of the software, the Arcium Network will exclusively support the BDOZ MPC protocol, which is a Dishonest Majority Protocol. However in future iterations of the Arx node software, nodes may opt to support other MPC protocols, including Honest Majority Protocols (e.g. GSZ). The specific MPC protocols that a given Arx node chooses to support is entirely at its discretion, however this will determine the breadth of computational jobs that the node will be eligible to participate in.
